Philosophy and approach: Firefox has wisened up, and matured over the years, the report noted, with an internal discussion being key in deciding which features are openly discussed with the public and those who will promote the browser. This year, the report states, Firefox and Mozilla are much more approachable, and are more open and yet accountable to its users. The communication with those in its user base, provides a good idea and level of community interest as well as enthusiasm which will be important to keeping Firefox’s fan base alive.  This remains critical as this is an asset that the browsers launched by tech companies doesn’t have.
