#5 Data-parallel Extensions

Data-parallel Extensions applies multi-core processing to gain up to 10x performance improvements. This time Intel Labs has made this technology available as an alpha Application Programming Interface (API) named as River Trail.

The goal of Rivel Trail project is to ensure data-parallelism in web applications. It was developed on a vision that browser applications must leverage all available computing resources to provide the best user experience possible.
