The World's Largest Pirate Site Celebrates 10th Birthday

Celebrating their success, The Pirate Bay has launched a new browser on its 10th anniversary. This browser is for people who are unable or are blocked from visiting the website by their respective countries. The web Tor routing client allows usage of anonymous web browsing, helping people to log into browsers which are blocked by barriers put up by Internet providers (ISPs) or by the governments. Over the recent years, ISPs in Denmark, Italy, UK, the Netherlands and many other countries have blocked access to many BitTorrent sites.

"It's a simple one-click browser that circumvents censorship and blockades and makes the site instantly available and accessible," the Pirate Bay said on its blog.

Although, after court cases, ban by ISPs and two trials at the Stockholm Court, The Pirate Bay is still online. As a matter of fact they are still unaffected, with the site still being one of the most visited.
