Bath-Fitter
Bath-Fitter faced a lawsuit by Yochum, an ex-employee who accused that the company tried to brainwash her and forced to adopt its religious views. $90,000, the said cost of the training was withheld from her first $3 million in sales. She claimed that she was given a booklet filled with words like “Evil, Sin, Judgment Day, Hell, Guilt, Punishment,” and “Free Will”, during the training instead of any information about company’s products and how to sell them. The company fired her, when she refused to attend the subsequent trainings with religious leaders after completing the basic one, and quoted the reason that she was an atheist.
