New people joining Disney are given a welcome kit before the training which puts a check on their physical appearance, like the length of their hair. During the training they are made to live at Disney’s accommodation, cost of which is deducted from their paychecks, which in turn could be directly deposited only if they opened a Disney-owned bank account. They are not allowed to consume drug, alcohol or even bring their guests over. In the training all they are taught is to replace words like ‘employee’ and ‘workplace’ with ‘cast members’ and ‘synergy’. Even for a slightest mistake, an employee is fired, because there are a number of brainwashed people wanting to work for Disney.
