iOS7 Parallax Effect Makes Users Dizzy

Bangalore: The visual effect added in Apple’s latest iOS7 has been raising a lot of hue and cry. The zooming and parallax animation feature has been causing motion sickness and nausea to many, reports tech2.

Apple’s Support community has been receiving bulks of complaints regarding the issue with an irate customer commenting “The zoom animations everywhere on the new iOS 7 are literally making me nauseous and giving me a headache.  It's exactly how I used to get car sick if I tried to read in the car.” He was backed by a mass suffering related ailment of eye pain and dizziness.

The zooming effect while opening and closing an app or multi-tasking was that created nuisance to most of them. The ‘Reduce Motion’ option to disable the effect is hidden, eventually causing frustrated customers calling the Apple Support line only to know how to disable. On the other hand, many have come up wanting to downgrade their OS back to iOS6. Apple forum found a customer comment that read “I've had zero issues with any iOS version prior.” Even though the previous iOS had incorporated animations, it was much faster in operation.
