Hulu is a website offering over-the-top content (OTT: it is a broadband delivery of video and audio without the internet service provider being involved in the control or distribution of the content itself) subscription service offering ad-supported on demand streaming of videos of TV shows, movies, webisodes, and trailer, clips, behind the scene footage from NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, Nickelodeon. The service is only available in U.S and Japan.

Hulu is striving in the space dominated by multi players; the catch is that, Hulu’s licensing agreements can be taken away in a moment. The company is estimated at $1.2 billion.
