Bangalore: With monthly phone bills on a rise and mobile phone parts being exempted from basic customs duty in 2013, Finance Minister P Chidambaram listed the changes and new proposals added to Budget 2013. Here is a list of proposals (with inputs from IANS and TOI) as stated by him that may predict changes in the tech industry.

6275 crores proposed to ministry of science and technology

Budget 2013: Education cess to continue at 3 percent
