Larry Page, the American computer scientist and internet entrepreneur, is the co-founder of Google along with Sergey Brin. In 1998, both Page and Brin founded Google the giant search engine. By taking over the position of Eric Schmidt Larry Page officially became the CEO of Google in 2011. Page is the creator of ‘PageRank’, the foundation of Google’s search ranking algorithm.
Page was named as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by World Economic Forum in 2002. He also named as one of the top 100 innovators in the world below the age of 35 by MIT Technology Review TR100. In Forbes list of billionaires, Page was ranked 24th and as the 11th richest person in the United States.
