Suspended animation is like a hyper-sleep which transports you to another planet, with some avatar, just like in the movie Avatar, where a person is put in to suspended animation, and his avatar explores the new planet.

The brain is known to be auto immune, which means body cannot reject it the same way that of wrong blood group transmission, or incompatible kidney transplantation. So, what monkey idea one can get from this fact—yup, brain transplantation on to a better body. However, the procedure has been successfully done with smaller animals. In 2001, Dr. Robert White transplanted the head of a monkey onto another body though the animal only lived for a time but gave a hope to do better in future.
