However there are many cases when multiple users use the same password to use the service which is illegal by-law. About one-third of the one million subscribers of HBO are said to share the passwords. Even thought this is the scene the company has accepted that the password-sharing has helped them to get new customers as well.

The terms and policies of Twitter clearly states that it is illegal to create fake accounts of any sort and it must be written “fake” in case if any. The social networking site has taken most care as not to be misidentified and does not allow to play with user names as a precautionary step against spams.

#4 Underage Facebook Accounts

The terms and policies of the social networking giants, like Facebook and Twitter does not allow anyone under the age of 13 to create an account. If everyone adheres to the law, most of the middle schoolers may not be able to operate on Facebook.
