Middle management problem

The report was clear as there were no much complaints about the senior management but the middle management was blamed for it’s in efficient work system. It was surprising to see the frustration that many employees had while information was collected about the middle management.

One of the Apple’s campus representatives wrote - "Senior management was great, but middle manager was a nuisance." Another employee, identified as a global commodity manager, put it even more strongly than that, noting that there is a "lack of experienced middle level manager, making organic long-term development for the entire company... Somehow hard."
