Secrecy is pain

It is not a secret that Apple is a secretive company and plans to be more secretive in the future as the competition and competitors are widely increasing. Keeping a business idea secret is very often the strength of the business but if the employee himself is not aware why he does the work, then it is being totally unfair and strangely secretive.

It is often seen that the top management assigns work to its employees but the information is so secretive that they do not understand what they are doing and why? Working in a secretive environment probes to work extra hours during launches and releases as changes happen instantly to make the idea unique and different and this often burden.
