Zomato's Deepinder Goyal declared as the 2nd richest Man in Gurugram: Hurun India
Foodtech giant Zomato's CEO Deepinder Goyal is one of only 23 individuals in Gurugram with a net worth surpassing
1,000 crore.
Although Goyal possesses an astounding wealth of
9,300 crore, he is not the wealthiest inhabitant in the city.
The wealthiest individual in Gurugram, as per the Hurun India Rich List 2024, is Nirmal Kumar Minda & his family. He holds the position of chairman and managing director at UNO Minda and has a net worth of
30,800 crore which is equivalent to $3.6 billion.
Not only does this make him the wealthiest person in Gurugram, but it also positions him at 91st on India's list of richest people.
Ghazal and Varun Alagh, the Mamaearth co-founders, hold a net worth of
5,900 crore and follow Deepinder Goyal in Gurugram's wealthiest list. The third spot is secured by IndiGo's Jyoti Bhatia with a net worth of
4,500 crore followed by Gawar Construction's Ravinder Kumar at fifth place with an estimated value of
4,300 crore.
With a net worth of
3,800 crore, Gaurav Bhatnagar from TBO TEK has secured the sixth position in rankings. Following him are Lalit Agarwal and his family associated with V-Mart Retail and Iskander A Lalljee from Sud Chemie India both with an amassed wealth amounting to
3,300 crores standing close behind.
The second place is occupied by Daljit Singh from Amber Enterprises, possessing an amount of
2,900 crore. The third spot on the list belongs to Rakesh Malhotra & his family who hold a net worth of
2,800 crore through Luminous Power Technologies. Dharminder Nagar from Paras Healthcare and Mobikwik co-founders Bipin Preet Singh and Upasana Taku have accumulated a total wealth equaling to
2,400 crore.
Abhiraj Singh Bhal, a co-founder of Urban Company has an estimated net worth of
2,200 crore. Naresh Kumar & family who own NKC Projects follow closely with approximately
2,100 crore in assets. Vijay Kumar Thadani and his family from NIIT as well as Sumant Sinha from ReNew Power have similar fortunes amounting to around
1,600 crore each.
