Zepto, the instant grocery delivery startup, has officially expanded into the e-pharmacy sector with the launch of Zepto Pharmacy, promising delivery of essential medicines within just 10 minutes. This new service is currently operational in select areas of Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad, marking a strategic diversification for the quick commerce company.
Aadit Palicha, Co-founder and CEO of Zepto, revealed that the launch comes after a year-long focused effort to refine the customer experience, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance on a small scale.
