Started in 2006 at Boston with seven people, Startup Leadership Program is a training program for founders, leaders and innovators who thrive to become startup CEOs. SLP has now expanded to 28 cities in 13 countries. With an impressive history of converting 1600 startups to successful ones who raised more than $500 million in funding, SLP provides a six-month program for the aspiring entrepreneurs from various sectors. The program helps the startup entrepreneurs in developing their ideas through several techniques like peer learning, case studies and tips from established entrepreneurs.

The Special Guest for the ceremony was Kumar Vembu, Founder of GoFrugal who presented the SLP certificates to all fellows. The event began with a keynote and an interactive session by Suresh Sambandam, Founder, Orangescape Technologies. The event also witnessed several investors like Rajan Srikanth of Keiretzu Forum, Bhoovarahan Thirumalai of Aspiration Energy and many others. The program concluded by presenting the ideas to the investors present there. Even though there are several identical courses for startups, SLP stands above them all with the methods like peer learning and the chance of real learning  from people who have ‘been there & done that’ is not something that every other courses offer.
