You don?t do the thinking. That is my job ?

There have been numerous situations in almost everyone?s lives when an interesting idea strikes and you go up to the manager and say "EUREKA!" Next minute you are said "no, your idea is too weak" This is what happens when a manager does not actually like his employees offering him ideas. Possible reason could be that it questions his managerial power. When a manager says "I don?t pay you to think" it directly screams "I give the orders and your job is just to listen"

Your life is yours and nobody can take control over it. Life is too short to be working for someone who is just too busy abusing your use in the company.
