Do not come to me with problems, come with solutions –

Here is a funny statement all of these bad bosses come with. Thinking of it, what 'solutions' is the manager expecting us to bring when there is no problem at all? And only when we face problems with no solutions in our saturated brain, we go to the guy for help. It is our job to make the manager understand that we are in a difficult situation and desperately require his help. Try doing your best; keep your manager as a last resort for help. In return, it is the managers' duty to help his employee while he is stuck at a spot without help. He needs to be appreciative, encouraging and a role model to people who aspire to become a "good" manager someday.
