Raja Sampath

I would be very keen to know on what the Employee’s greatest Strengths and Weaknesses are and I would like to ask just three in each of them. So my Question would be: What are your greatest three Strengths and Weaknesses?

The reason for asking just three is because, we can figure out the best of the employee’s strengths and weaknesses and would be easier in identifying the attitude, honesty and sincerity of the employee to some extent which I feel is really important than anything else.

 Sampath is the founder and Operation Head at TreeShore that caters IT solutions for SME’s on Web Development, Web Design and Software Development. He holds a M.Sc, Data Telecommunication and Network; and MCA in Computer Applications from University of Madras.
