#4 Valerie Wagoner:

Blending amazing power of phones and the power of the people -ZipDial took an initiative to take out the friction of public opinion and voting. The idea was to enable public voting using missed calls. The co-founders Valerie Wagoner and Amiya Pathak were excited about it and could foresee a lot of other use cases beyond voting and public opinions.

In an Exclusive interview with siliconindia, Valerie Wagoner, CEO of Zipdial said, “In markets like India where 4% of users have smartphones, less than 10% have internet access and only 1/3 even send text messages, it is extremely difficult to enable consumers to engage with content and businesses they like in any personalized way.
