Startup Kashmir organizes meet up program at Srinagar to boost Women Entrepreneurs
To uplift the spirit of entrepreneurship in women, Startup Kashmir conducted a first of its kind meetup session at Kong Posh restaurant in Srinagar. This session will definitely set a milestone in the startup ecosystem of India. The inauguration ceremony of this initiative witnesses the presence of veterans from diverse fields, who came to foster the true spirit of women & revitalize the spirit of women entrepreneurship.
Shahid Mir, the CEO of Greenovator Incubation Foundation (GIF) which is supported by DST Govt of India was also present in the event. He talked about various schemes and initiative which is offered by GIF to assist the entrepreneurs.
The owner of Glitz and Glam, Seerat Zahra stressed on the significance of such meetings and gatherings and brought up the focal points why women should come forward to take their journey of entrepreneurship ahead. She also told, women should attend such open platforms to collaborate and communicate freely to increase their knowledge.
A famous entrepreneur Jahan Araa offered invaluable advice for aspiring businesswomen, equipping them with practical guidance for their journeys.
Nava Shah,owner of Jamkle Jars, further explained the importance of honesty and dedication, while recognizing the power of these meetups in forging understanding and fostering empathy amongst entrepreneurs.
This meetup turns out to be successful session which is a strong and bold step to build more women entrepreneur in Kashmir, who continue to defy odds and carve a path of innovation and success.
The CEO of Startup Kashmir, Shahid Ansari, concluded the session with expressing his appreciation and gratitude towards the participants and guests. He admired their unwavering spirit and enthusiasm to contribute towards the uplifting the economy of startup ecosystem of India. These startups will generate more jobs in Kashmir and improve the economical balance reducing the problem of unemployement.
