Bollywood Star Ranveer Singh joined Consumer electronics brand Boat as an investor and the official face of its audio products. Co-founder and CMO of boat, Aman Gupta said, "Ranveer's infectious energy and passion for music resonate perfectly with boAt's core values. The actor invested some undisclosed amount of fund in the company. His entrepreneurship quality and leadership skill of understanding GEnZ consumers would definitely be a strategic asset for boat. The company announced an upcoming campaign featuring Singh for Boat’s sub-brand ‘Nirvana’ series. Singh will also become a key stakeholder in the brand's future. The development comes after the company reported its highest-ever revenue of 3,377 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2023.

The 360-degree campaign, conceptualized and executed with creative agency Talented, captures the euphoric state of immersing oneself in the enchanting soundscape delivered by boAt's Nirvana range. Ranveer will be seen in a brand new avatar like never before and leads viewers on a sonic odyssey through the 'Lost in Nirvana' campaign. The brand new Nirvana range features such as 120 hours of battery life, boAt signature sound, and active noise cancelling technology.  Till now, boAt has raised $177 million in funding from investors, including Qualcomm Ventures, Warburg Pincus, InnoVen Capital, Navi Technologies, and Fireside Ventures.
