ONDC Introduces Guide App to Assist Participants
The ONDC, a digital commerce network supported by the Indian government, has introduced the ONDC Official Guide App. This app is designed to assist and provide support to various user groups, including sellers, buyers, logistics providers, and network participants. Its aim is to provide in-depth information about how the network operates, its essential functionalities, and the benefits it offers to its users. The app allows users to interact with its content through engaging elements like videos, infographics, and frequently asked questions (FAQs), making it a user-friendly and informative resource.
T Koshy, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ONDC, emphasized the organization's dedication to being transparent and accessible to everyone. He mentioned that ONDC eagerly anticipates the app's adoption on the Google Play Store and is firmly committed to consistently improving its features to deliver sustained benefits to the ecosystem. ONDC, which was founded on December 31, 2021, is an initiative of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
