NetApp, a data authority for hybrid cloud announced the graduation of startups, namely,  SigTuple (Imaging), Nanobi (Analytics), ArchSaber (IT), Anlyz (Security), Dataken (Automation) and BlobCity (Analytics) to its second group of NetApp Excellerator Program on NetApp Excellerator Demo Day. The program empowers startups to create innovative market-ready products and solutions by providing access to NetApp expertise, its partners and customers while additionally offering an equity-free grant of $15,000 to startups after completion of the four month program with the startups owning the rights to their intellectual property (IP).

Ajeya Motaganahalli, Senior Director & Leader, NetApp Excellerator Program, says, “These six startups were carefully selected from over 450 applications. We have taken our relationship with BlobCity, SigTuple, and Nanobi to another level by making them our strategic alliance partners, which means we will co-create solutions and go to market with them. As a testimony to the program’s success, we received the Best Corporate Startup Accelerator Program Award at the Zinnov Confluence 2018 event just this month!”

NetApp tracks their progress via various alumni programs, events and alliance partnerships. As the alumni, they have the access to other organizations and influential individuals in the ecosystem. Several other benefits from NetApp platforms include technologies, tools, co-working space, HR, marketing, legal and tech support. Also, the third batch of the program is open until August 5, 2018 and startups falling under IoT, cloud, big data and analytics, machine learning, virtualization, data security, storage, data management and other adjacent areas can apply.
