"MP Startup Hub by Pichai's Google Cloud soon to be established", confirms CM Yadav


Tech Giant Google led by Sundar Pichai has recently declared about its plan to open a  startup hub and centre of excellence in Madhya Pradesh. The news was verified and approved by the Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

Yadav declared this during Invest Madhya Pradesh interactive session which was held in Bengaluru on 8th August.

CM Mohan Yadav epressed that the state has received investment proposals worth approximately 3,200 crore. This huge investment will create around 7,000 new employment opportunities and it will bolster up Madhya Pradesh's economy in a rapid pace.

After a successful interactive session with more than 30 leading industrialists and representatives from various sectors, including space technology and information technology, the proposals were made.

 CM Yadav stated that the state government has devised a strategic plan to travel to various states and connect directly with entrepreneurs and industrialists, with the objective of attracting investment to Madhya Pradesh.

Furthermore, he expressed optimism that the growing relationship between Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka will persist and strengthen over time, enhancing economic connections and collaborations between the regions.

After the successful proposal made by Google Cloud Dr. Yadav further engaged in constructive discussions with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) regarding the potential establishment of an aerospace and defense development wing in Madhya Pradesh.

This new collaboration will further impact and strengthen the state's position in the defense sector, contributing to its industrial growth.

During the visit, NVIDIA proposed creating a blueprint to establish Madhya Pradesh as the "Intelligence Capital of India". This initiative supports the state's broader objectives of advancing its technological capabilities and drawing major IT companies to establish operations there.

The Invest Madhya Pradesh session which was arranged in Bengaluru  was the part of a broader strategic step by the state towards attracting potential investors to foster economic growth.

The session was graced by more than 500 representatives participated in the session, including international delegates from countries such as Britain, Australia, Switzerland, and Italy. 

Nearly 30 leading industrialists, including Lapp India, Reliance Consumer, DHL Global, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Kaynes Technology, and Kirloskar Systems, participated in one-to-one meetings.
