One integrated space for all alumni categories with job, event, and talent discovery features.
A startup incubated at the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) of MNNIT-Allahabad has launched India’s first fully homegrown alumni networking platform, designed and developed entirely in the country. The platform aims to create a unified digital space for alumni from different institutions to connect, collaborate, and support each other.
According to its creators, the platform is built to go beyond conventional networking. Ashutosh Mishra, assistant professor at MNNIT’s applied mechanics department, said the initiative is not just a tool but “a movement to bring people together through shared purpose and common roots”. He added that the platform encourages genuine, relationship-driven interactions by helping users reconnect with classmates, seniors, juniors, and colleagues in a meaningful way.
Built with an AI-enabled matching system, the platform guides users through personalised suggestions that promote verified and relevant connections. This helps eliminate fragmented alumni networks, allowing a single space for UG, PG, and other program alumni. Accessible through www.alumns.com, the platform supports multiple features including job searches based on verified contacts, event creation and updates, and professional development opportunities. Institutions and employers can also use the platform to identify potential talent with specific skills or expertise, making it a valuable tool for recruitment and community building.

The founders emphasize that the platform reflects Indian values while leveraging technology to strengthen alumni relationships across the globe. They believe this indigenous innovation will help individuals benefit from trusted networks, enhance career growth, and enable institutions to build stronger alumni communities.
This launch marks a significant step in India’s push toward digital independence in community platforms, especially in the education and professional networking space.
