Rahul Led Rapportive Acquired By LinkedIn

A startup offering free, enhanced contact information add-on for Gmail, Rapportive has been acquired by LinkedIn, which was confirmed in the blog post of the startup. Under the term of the deal, Rapportive will be a part of LinkedIn.

Co-founded  by Rahul Vohra, Martin Kleppmann and Sam Stokes in 2010, the company shows the user everything about their contacts right inside the inbox. They can immediately see what people look like, where they are based and what they do.

LinkedIn is a fast-growing professional networking site that allows members to create business contacts, search for jobs, and find potential clients.
