Logistics startup Delhivery introduces Delhivery One, a Digital Shipping Platform for SMEs and D2C Brands
Delhivery, a logistics provider based in Gurugram, has introduced Delhivery One, a digital shipping platform aimed at serving the needs of micro and small enterprises as well as large direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands across India. “The launch of Delhivery One is a significant step towards empowering SMEs to excel within the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape,” said Mohammed Ali, Head of SME and Direct Business at Delhivery.
“Through multiple value-added services, our goal is to strengthen Delhivery’s position as the preferred shipping partner for micro and small enterprises,” he added. Delhivery One integrates various shipping services, including post-purchase communication, analytics, international shipping, sales channel integration, and non-delivery reports (NDR) management. It allows smaller businesses to ship without a minimum order value and provides discounted shipping rates for parcels above 5 kg.
Delhivery’s focus on SMEs with Delhivery One complements its partnership with Vinculum, which addresses the software needs of larger enterprises. In the first quarter of FY24, Delhivery reported reduced losses and increased revenue driven by truckload and supply chain services, with a revenue of Rs 1,930 crore.
