Launched in 2025 by Sanjay Meena, the entrepreneur behind major education platforms like AglaSem, Collegedunia, and Zollege, KollegeApply is built as a full stack admissions assistant. It helps students through the entire journey from discovering the right college and course to completing the application process using verified data and advanced technology.
The platform uses artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and natural language processing to offer tailored guidance to students. It provides college and course recommendations based on students' preferences and performance, predicts scholarship opportunities to improve affordability, and offers multilingual support in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Bengali. It also gives students access to transparent details like fees, placement records, and authentic reviews helping them make more informed choices.
Within its first year, KollegeApply has already partnered with over 300 institutions and has successfully facilitated a large number of student admissions. The company has also secured early stage funding to support growth and innovation.
