In celebration of five years of culinary excellence and redefining modern Indian cuisine, Ishaara proudly unveils its new Tasting Menu — a carefully curated  set menu of signature dishes that takes diners on a culinary journey through the restaurant's most cherished and ingredient-forward creations.
Since its inception, Ishaara has become a trailblazer in modern Indian cuisine, where each meal is an immersive celebration of flavors, culture, and innovation. With a deep focus on ingredient-driven cooking, the new Tasting Menu, is a set menu with 4 course & 5 course options, that showcases the rich heritage of Indian spices and techniques but also  highlights the  unique story with every dish.
Diners can savor delights like the Dori Kebab and Ishaara's famous Butter Chicken, crafted to perfection with house-made spice blends. Vegetarians can indulge in the Delhi Special Nehru Place Paneer Makhani, a dish inspired by the authentic flavors of Delhi’s street food scene, paired with Gajar Halwa Crumble, a modern take on the traditional Indian dessert. For the adventurous, Ishaara’s Thalappakatti Biryani is a must-try — an iconic dish named after its legendary founder Nagasamy Naidu, featuring aromatic broken rice and a rich blend of spices, creating a dining experience deeply rooted in heritage.
