iKen Solutions Secures Funding from India Innovation Fund


Bangalore: iKen Solutions, a Mumbai based artificial intelligence expert which spun-off its operations from IIT Bombay has raised funding from India Innovation Funds. With this deal Ashwin Raguraman, VP, IIF will take a seat in the board of iKen Solutions as a nominee, as reported by dealcurry.

This company was started in 2005 by Siddharth Goel and Rajendra Sonar and it focused on specializing in Artificial intelligence (expert system, case-based reasoning, neural networks and genetic algorithms) based on consumer analytics for offering great and personalized end user experiences.

iKen has developed ‘Mooga’, a business intelligence 2.0 framework to cater personalized user experiences on an N=1 basis using hybrid artificial intelligence techniques.  This technology will enable consumer oriented companies in Telecom, Media, Internet, Banking and Financial Services to provide a complete personalized experience to its consumers.

iKen has a some real big names as their clients, the client list includes Sony Music, MTV, Hungama, Hungama Mobile, Airtel Sri Lanka, Motorola, Claro (Part of America Movil) and BPCL among others.

Recent Investments of IIF includes:

Indian Innovation Funds along with Blume Ventures invested in Shantani Proteome Analytics Private.

Indian Innovation Funds along with Accel Partners invested 10 crores in Sure waves, last year.
