6. Uniphore

Umesh Sachdeva and Ravi Saraogi founded Uniphore in 2008 which is a speech-based technology with artificial intelligence at its core. Uniphore works as an enterprise virtual assistant which assesses customer wants by listening to their queries. "AI is an opportunity for India to take global leadership. The opportunity is immense in manufacturing and telecom." said Sachdeva. Uniphore works with 70 global and Indian companies.

7. Dimension NXG

Four friends, who realized their craze for making something out of machines, set up Dimension NXG which provides 3D printing and scanning solutions.  "Around the world, 3D printing is used to make artificial livers and kidneys," says Gaurav Godbole, one of the founders. Apart from printing and scanning, Dimension NXG permits 3D body scan of a person by using a phone and use it for a virtual try-on on e-commerce websites. With the introduction of innovative technology, Dimension won the Graham Bell Innovation award and was named one of TiECon's 10 disruptive companies.
