As an entrepreneur it is very important to have a clear focus. And a person must take up entrepreneurship as his career only if he has the vision, else, his career would be a disastrous one. Sachin Tendulkar, like all of us knew that he is born to play cricket and with that thought and focus to creating milestones, he remains in crease, even today.

“The first and foremost lesson for entrepreneurs is to start young, as Tendulkar did. You give yourself that much more time and opportunity to succeed. And if you can remain focused and humble, the sky is the limit,” said Raghavendra Rao, the CMD of Chennai-based Orchid Pharmaceuticals to changeminds.

Willingness to adapt change

Sachin Tendulkar, the master of world cricket has seen before his eyes how cricket has evolved gradually. Right from playing in test cricket to ODI and now the T-20 format, this legendary cricketer not only understood every format but was also willing to sail with the wind and quickly adapted these formats to prolong his career.
