Gurugram based Healthcare Startup LifeChart Connects Patients with Ayurveda Doctors Digitally
LifeChart, a healthcare startup based in Gurugram, India, is revolutionizing access to Ayurvedic treatment by bridging patients with Ayurveda doctors digitally. Founded in 2021 by Mukul Shah, K Sandeep, and Mansi Sharma, the startup aims to transform the way people seek alternative healthcare solutions. The inspiration behind LifeChart came from Mukul Shah’s personal journey. Witnessing his mother’s struggle with Type II diabetes, exacerbated by long-term use of conventional medications, Shah began exploring alternative treatments. After traveling 250 kilometers to an Ashram, his mother experienced significant improvement in her health through Ayurvedic treatment, reducing her reliance on modern medicine by 80%. This transformation motivated Shah to establish an alternate healthcare ecosystem.
LifeChart specializes in holistic gut health solutions, providing relief for common issues such as constipation, indigestion, gas, piles, and fatty liver. With a network of 500 doctors and 30 health buddies throughout India, the startup has already consulted 150,000 patients. The startup offers various avenues for patients to connect with Ayurveda doctors. Users can download the LifeChart app, which allows them to connect within 60 seconds using AI-based technology. The app also provides access to clinically-tested products and the option to enroll in disease recovery and patient care programs. Additionally, LifeChart engages with users through popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, offering doctor sessions and informative content. Patients can even book appointments through these channels. The startup’s website serves as a hub for product information and teleconsultation links.
Operating on a B2C model, LifeChart charges consultation fees ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 20 per minute, based on the doctor’s experience. The startup leverages an in-house AI generative engine to collect customer data, predict future demand, and introduce new product categories. Their product range, priced from Rs 320 to Rs 2,300, includes vegan capsules, syrups, and powders. LifeChart’s digital platform has opened up new opportunities for patients seeking Ayurvedic treatment in India. By connecting patients with qualified doctors, the startup aims to make Ayurveda more accessible and convenient for all.
