Despite the importance of other factors in consumer purchases Gen Z shoppers still benefit from seasonal sales promotions to get lower prices on their desired items. Across their digital savviness Gen Z consumers demonstrate their desire for stable prices over multiple promotions because they choose to trust brands that provide reliable products.

Markets need to understand how Gen Z consumers are evolving their brand preferences. The retention of platform customers becomes vital because 85% of customers would move to another platform to acquire a specific product. Superior customer service drives Gen Z shoppers to maintain loyalty to their trusted marketplace since 91.73% of them would accept higher prices when services exceed competitor standards.
