Flipkart Ventures, the investment arm of Flipkart, has officially launched the fourth edition of its flagship accelerator program, Flipkart Leap Ahead (FLA 4.0). The program is designed to support bold and visionary founders in their early-stage journey, especially those building cutting-edge technologies at the intersection of AI and emerging tech.
This year’s edition places a strong focus on AI-native startups and innovations in fields such as generative and agentic AI, drone technology, and quick commerce enablement. With a current portfolio of over 20 early-stage startups across fintech, SaaS, enterprise AI, and logistics, Flipkart Ventures aims to deepen its support for startups addressing India-specific challenges through scalable technology.
Startups from pre-Seed to Series A funding stages will be eligible to receive equity investments of up to $500,000, along with access to an intensive mentorship program. This includes strategic guidance in product development, design, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising all tailored to accelerate growth and readiness for the market.
Participants will also benefit from potential commercial partnerships, integrations, and support through Flipkart’s expansive ecosystem. The program culminates in a Demo Day, where startups will present their innovations to a curated group of top-tier investors and venture capital firms.
“As AI continues to redefine what’s possible across industries, India stands at the cusp of a generational opportunity to lead this global shift,” said Ravi Iyer, Senior Vice President, Corporate, Flipkart. “With Flipkart Leap Ahead 4.0, we are backing founders who are building category-defining technologies and solving for India at scale”.
Startups with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), full-time founding teams, and a core focus on AI-native solutions are encouraged to apply. With Leap Ahead 4.0, Flipkart reaffirms its commitment to nurturing innovation that delivers real-world impact and helps shape the future of India’s digital economy.
