The best ones are asked to follow but the worst ones are pushed down stating not to commit such flaws anymore. But often mistakes are the best teachers and they can be kept as examples to do a study and to understand the mistakes. Pre set information and data cannot really help in educating an entrepreneur as the real time data is often the best to do a study on. Working with incubators helps more as they develop a person’s interest and moulds him to be a complete entrepreneur. 

Business schools helps in few ways but people prefer incubators today. Logically speaking you spend $100,000 and waste 3 years learning something but in an incubator you spend 3 months developing your passion and earning the same amount as revenue.
