This point is in fact the most important of all for startups. In a startup, things are all new and the entire business environment is just born and it is necessary to be transparent. Keeping a business transparent is required for two purposes, one – to ensure that all employees are aware of what is happening in the company and the second purpose is for the employees to understand that they’re effort has been a part of the success which would motivate them to work more efficiently. It also helps at times because in the worst case scenario, employees would not get it as a shock if there is a bad news.
