Great education is not everything

There is a common notion that education is everything and the more you are educated the more responsible you become and your pay check becomes heavy automatically, but this is false. Having a degree from esteemed universities might help an individual gain good reputation in the society or so but at the eventually nobody really cares about it.

In a startup, an entrepreneur must not be hasty and chose candidates who have attended programs in Harvard or Stanford because the realty is no investor looks at the employee details or the degree every person has but they ultimately look at the interest and smartness of every employee.

Don’t be too emotionally attached

It might be difficult for an entrepreneur to even think about letting his startup go but he must be prepared to face it. An entrepreneur must be very careful and understand that he must not get very emotional and attached with the founding members, employees or even the startup at one point.
