DSA Holding Plans $2 Billion Push Into India's Quantum, Deep-Tech Space

European deep-tech investor DSA Holding AS has signed a letter of intent (LoI) to invest up to $2 billion in India’s growing quantum and deep-tech ecosystem. The proposed investment will support projects led by Innogress Ventures and marks one of the largest private commitments to India’s quantum technology sector.
The LoI, along with a memorandum of understanding (MoU), was signed on December 22 at JSS University in Noida. DSA Holding, based in Norway, plans to invest alongside its sister company, Norwegian Green Solutions (NGS) AS, across multiple advanced technology domains.
The funding is expected to back major initiatives such as the Greater Karnavati Quantum Computing Technology Park, the Greater Noida Robotics Technology Park, and the Indraprastha Quantum Data Center. The investment will also support partner institutions including IIT Gandhinagar and JSS University Noida, as well as several early-stage deep-tech startups.
Separately, NGS AS signed an MoU with Innogress Ventures to collaborate on green technology projects. These efforts will focus on renewable energy solutions to power data centers and technology parks, aligning advanced computing infrastructure with sustainable energy goals.
During the event, representatives from DSA Holding and NGS highlighted India’s fast-growing demand for quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and clean technology solutions. They noted India’s strong ability to scale advanced technologies for both domestic use and global markets.

Innogress Ventures founder Sumant Parimal emphasized the importance of global capital in accelerating India’s deep-tech growth. He pointed out that while innovation is strong, domestic funding remains limited in this sector.
The signing ceremony was attended by leaders from academia, industry, and the European delegation, signaling rising global interest in India’s ambitions at the intersection of quantum technology and sustainable innovation.
