Cityflo, a prominent mobility platform and premium bus operator company, has partnered strategically with fleet management firm Aaveg to introduce its first-ever fleet of electric buses in the Delhi NCR market.

Under the tie-up, Aaveg will own and maintain the electric buses, while Cityflo will take care of the end-to-end commuters' experience route planning, booking management, and providing seamless, tech-supported service.

"This partnership is a key milestone for Cityflo as we build our presence in Delhi and move towards sustainable mobility," added Rushabh Shah, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at Cityflo. "Through the integration of Aaveg's operating acumen with EKA's electric buses, we're offering a clean, reliable, and tech-driven alternative to long traffic commutes and crowded metro rides. It's a building block towards developing scalable, environmentally friendly public transport in Indian cities."

The electric buses, branded as Cityflo, are already plying on congested routes like Rohini to DLF Cyber City and along Sohna Road.

"At Aaveg, we don't view mobility merely as a service, but as a civic duty," stated Vivek Laroia, CEO of Aaveg. "This collaboration matches our scale and sustainability strategy with Cityflo's tech-driven philosophy and customer-centric approach. Together, we want to raise the bar for urban commuting standards and contribute to India's larger green mobility vision."

In the future, Cityflo intends to electrify more than 20% of its fleet by FY2026, ramping up progressively as battery and charging technology in Indian cities improves. The company will continue to invest in technology, operations, and strategic collaborations that make living in the city more convenient, less impactful on the environment, and healthier.
