Chennai Angels Invest in an Online Learning Network Classle.net


Bangalore: An amount of 2.7 crore has been fetched by Classle.net, an online learning portal which enables students to interact with various institutions and professionals. Classle.net funded by Chennai angels is based in Chennai and operated by Classle Knowledge Private Limited. The company aims to expand the network in order to make interaction between the students and professors convenient reports Deal Curry.

The company was established by Vaidya Nathan, whose alma mater was IIT-Madras. The main motive of the company is to make e -learning easier and productive. Once the students register themselves on the website, they can attend online classes; interact with other professionals and experts of their field. In a way, it promotes online learning, a more innovative way for better learning.

The website is used by more than 45,000 students and professionals across the country and reputed engineering colleges like IIT Madras, IIT Patna and PSG college of Technology Coimbatore have been associated with the company. Chennai angels include individual investors- Lakshmi Narayan of Cognizant, Gopal Srinivasan of TVS Capital, Prabhakar Ram of NextGen, Rajeev Mecheri of Mecheri capital and Sameer Mehta of Atlas.

With the funds received by these angels, the company intends to expand the network and provide a better service in the field of education. The students can get their doubts cleared about various educational issues and in that way there is an enhancement in the overall learning process.
