Chargeup, an EV startup building India's first Fi-Ne-Tech platform, has launched 35 new EV stations in Mathura district, bringing its total number of stations across India to 300. The stations will offer battery swapping services, leasing, and financing options for EV buyers in the area.
Chargeup's stations will cater to both two- and three-wheelers and aim to provide a seamless and cost-effective transition to EVs for an estimated 700 drivers per day. The company aims to empower local drivers by reducing their cost of ownership by up to 40 per cent while increasing their earnings by up to 80 per cent. Chargeup's fi-ne-tech platform provides end-to-end support to drivers starting from easy financing and operational assistance to the elimination of range anxiety.
In a statement, Chargeup's Founder and CEO, Mr Varun Goenka, said, "We are excited to commence operations in the land of Lord Krishna. Through our network of Chargeup stations and fi-ne-tech services, we will be providing end-to-end support to drivers starting from easy financing and operational assistance to the elimination of range anxiety. "
The Chargeup stations in Mathura are being built in partnership with several dealers, including Madhu Dham, Shree Gopal Ji Erickshaw Agency, Vijay Star Impex, Mohan Shyam, and Shivam Traders. Advanced technologies such as software for battery management, real-time traffic alerts, and GPS-based routing assistance will be provided to local drivers subscribing to Chargeup's plans.
