Bengaluru woman faces Terrifying Clash - Dispute with Ola driver for fare turns ugly!

After arguing with the driver of her Ola auto about the price, a Bengaluru woman was involved in a terrifying incident. According to information she shared on X, the Ola driver verbally and physically harassed Tanisha Mallya when she attempted to pay the designated fare after reaching her destination.
Regarding this, Tanisha says, “I had a very harrowing and unsettling experience with my @Olacabs booking today in Bangalore. I had booked an Ola Auto which showed a fare range of

When the Ola driver got closer to her and threatened to drive her back to the pickup location, the situation got even worse. Nonetheless, Bengaluru police answered the tweet and requested that the complainant connect with them for additional activity.

“This a deeply shocking situation & I have not been able to get any support from @Olacabs so far, not even a chance to speak to their customer care."
“After a lot of searching on the app, I figured that @Olacabs has started a new fare system based on metre trends and hence there’s a range for payment. But that does not mean the driver can ask for any amount & the customer should pay.”
According to a lot of X users, the travel apps show a fare when booking, but the drivers end up asking for more money when the ride is over.
