Bangalore Based i7 Raises $250,000 Angel Investment


Bangalore: i7 Networks, a Bangalore based Product Company has procured $250,000 from Rao Remala, Murali Venkat Rao and Sharad Sharma reports yourstory.in.

I7 Networks was incorporated in May 2012 and was started by nine industry professionals, it provides services for companies to manage their web content classification and bandwidth management both metrics and shaping. The founders of this company also founded S7, a company which completely focused on software migration which was later acquired by Bluecoat Systems, a Californian company in Jan 2010.

Rao Remala is a philanthropist, an angel investor and ex-director of Microsoft Corporation. Murali Venkatrao is the principal software engineer at Microsoft and Sharad Sharma was the CEO of Yahoo India R&D and was responsible for the emerging trend and markets engineering and several key global products.
