Arya.ag, the only profitable Indian grain commerce platform, appointed Priyanka Seth Wadhera as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from May 2025.

With more than 23 years of wide-ranging financial leadership experience in fintech, NBFCs, and international banking, Priyanka has rich experience in finance, treasury, compliance, and risk management. Prior to Arya.ag, she served as Group CFO at Indifi Technologies, where she raised over Rs 430 crore in equity, guided the firm to profitability, and consolidated its financial and investor structures. She has also worked at senior levels at Clix, Barclays, Religare, Citi, and PwC.

Priyanka is joining Arya.ag at a pivotal moment as the company reinforces its financial infrastructure to facilitate scalable growth, maximize capital efficiency, and deepen its presence along India's agri-value chains. As Arya.ag scales its in-built finance products, expands its product and service offerings, and looks into collaboration opportunities to firm up post-harvest infrastructure, internal control strengthening and financial discipline will form the heart of its growth agenda.

Priyanka is a Chartered Accountant and Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University alumna. She has headed finance functions in companies of diverse size and complexity with an emphasis on financial discipline and cross-functional delivery.

Arya.ag has posted a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 32 crore for FY 2024–25, up 70% year over year, together with gross revenue of Rs 5,738.7 crore, net revenue of Rs 447 crore, and platform-enabled commodity throughput of Rs 26,961 crore for the period.
