Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu allots Seed Funding to 40 Eligible Startups

Pema Khandu, Chief Minister, Arunachal Pradesh delivered commencement certificates to 35 start-ups, the one have successfully achieved readiness and pre-development in APEDP 2.0, and disbursed money to start a venture to 40 chosen start-ups under APEDP 3.0 scheme.

The event was arranged by Arunachal Pradesh Innovation & Investment Park (APIIP) under the Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Program (APEDP) Version 3.0.

Amid 40 chosen start-ups under APEDP 3.0, top 10 winners will sustain 5 lakh each and 30 possible start-ups receive 4 lakh each, on a achievement basis. These start-ups will also be receiving mentorship, development and pre-development incubation from APIIP for next nine months. The graduating bundle of Cohort 2.0 start-ups presented their products and services at the event.

The creative program was align with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s famous mantra of “Reform, Perform and Transform” for a Viksit Arunachal that will influence a growth of Arunachal Pradesh Viksit Bharat, he highlighted on the start-ups are starting the journey and congratulated all those chosen under start-up program. He underscored the diverse investment platforms including venture capitals and Angel networks. He revealed that till date APIIP has hatched and determined seed capital to start a venture to 66 start-ups and this year APIIP is make use of do the unchanging offerings for 40 start-ups, total 106 start-ups receive benefits under APEDP.
