• Adgcraft Communications and HIVE8 are launching 'Startups Uncensored'

Adgcraft Communications, India's leading PR agency, and HIVE8, the nation's tallest co-working facility, will host the first edition of 'Startups Uncensored' a unfiltered, no-holds-barred talk on the realities of starting up. The event will take place on Saturday, May 17 at HIVE8, Mumbai and will highlight the unspoken issues behind startup success stories, usually overshadowed by funding achievements.

The panel will consist of Ajinkya Bhasme, Zealopia Founder; Arjun Vaidya, Investor at V3 Ventures; and Rahul Adap, Brovibe Founder hosted by Yash Gadhade from Break Into VC and Volt VC. Together, they will disentangle under-explored issues such as team dynamics, mental health, and the role of storytelling in startup survival.

Though finance is an important support, internal challenges become the real decider of a startup's success or failure. Industry research indicates that 23% of Indian startups fail because of poorly led founding teams, and 31% of founders are plagued by impostor syndrome, resulting in burnout and indecision. Shockingly, 68% of Indian founders experience extreme stress, with burnout being responsible for almost a third of venture failures.
