startup schoolThe first cohort of student entrepreneurs graduated from iB Hubs Startup School '18 this week at Hyderabad. The student entrepreneurs found themselves in the perfect ecosystem at this unique four-week acceleration program to transform their ideas into reality -- all for zero fee, zero equity. The young entrepreneurs at iB Hubs Startup School are creating solutions ranging from building post-disaster shelters using bamboo to developing smart products based on IoT with potential applications in agriculture.

Along with a six-month execution plan, the startups moved out of the program with refined business models, polished pitch decks and a greater understanding of their customers. “Entrepreneurs think beyond business — they innovate, they solve problems around us. When they thrive, they create wealth and give wings to the nation's economy. Students have tremendous energy and enthusiasm to create innovative solutions. But, they require right guidance for their innovations to flourish as a startup. At Startup School, we equip them with essential knowledge to build a successful startup and guide them to make things happen at an accelerated pace,” said Ms. Radha Alekhya, CEO of iB Hubs. The second cohort of iB Hubs Startup School ‘18 started in Lucknow on June 11. The student entrepreneurs will create business models and refine them through several interactions with potential customers. They will recast and polish their pitch.
