BENGALURU: It is celebration time in New Delhi, with AAP winning the Delhi election by a huge majority of 67 out of 70 seats. The campaigners went extra mile working day and night to reach out the voters.

But a slight amount of credit should even go to the startups used by the Aam Admi Party members to connect with the voters and keep a track of their sentiments. And thus AAP learnt from its mistake and claimed its position back smartly using few smart startups.

InviteReferrals: This is a Delhi based startup which helped AAP in its election campaign 2015. Invitereferrals, with its referral software, runs programs and helps acquire new customers or users at no cost with an easy social referral marketing solution for ecommerce clients. It helped the party raise up to 1.8 crore in just 1 month.

Siddharth Gupta, founder and CEO of Invitereferrals said, “Aam Aadmi Party approached us in December last year to run a campaign. Within 30 days, through an online program, about 21,000 donors referred each other and collected up to 1.8 crore for the party.”
